Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join a leading medical facility in Chicago, IL. In this role, youll perform comprehensive echocardiograms, including dopplers, stress echoes, and TEEs, primarily on adult patients with occasional pediatric cases. Youll also assist with weekend coverage, float to perform bedside echos, and utilize EPIC EMR, Pyxis med dispense, Merge PACS, and Phillips equipment. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required for on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Echo experience in a trauma hospital setting.
- Previous travel experience.
- Active BLS, ARDMS, and CCI credentials required at submission.
- Strong adaptability and communication skills.
- Pediatric echo experience and familiarity with Phillips equipment are preferred.
- Compliance with Joint Commission standards.
