Job Description:
United Diagnostic Services is seeking an experienced and certified Mobile Ultrasound Technician to join our team on a contractual basis. As a mobile technician, you will be responsible for performing Doppler ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and EKGs at various locations using our mobile equipment. This is a flexible, independent contractor position with payment based on the number of procedures performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality Doppler ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and EKGs for patients in various settings.
- Utilize company-provided mobile ultrasound equipment to conduct exams.
- Accurately document patient information and results.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
- Travel to various patient locations as required.
Qualifications:
- ARDMS / RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) certification is required.
- Experience performing Doppler ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and EKGs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to move or position patients to properly complete exam
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
