Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ultrasound examinations using specialized equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to produce high-quality images
- Apply aseptic techniques and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Focus on areas such as obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn) to provide accurate diagnostic results
Experience
- Proficiency in sonography and diagnostic radiology techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
- Knowledge of medicine, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in maintaining patient care standards during procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53.48 - $58.08 per hour
