Hourly pay range: $45.00 to $50.00

Their experienced staff of board-certified radiologists, technologists and support personnel are committed to providing the most accurate, safe, timely and caring medical imaging and interventional radiology services.
The Sonographer participates directly in patient care and is responsible for the care and comfort of the patient during any diagnostic sonogram. Operates ultrasound equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes and for providing accurate documentation of diagnostic images for the radiologist to interpret.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding patient care in an efficient and compassionate manner to enhance the patient’s overall experience and meet the organization’s business goals by:
- Performing and maintaining quality assurance requirements in compliance with the ACR and State/Federal requirements.
- Proactively monitoring daily/weekly schedules, assure appropriate protocols are performed, and
- Maintaining inventory control and communicating any facility and/or equipment issues.
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Completion of formal Ultrasound training/educational program
- 2 years of Ultrasound experience preferred
- Required skills: Breast imaging, Obstetric fetal anatomy imaging, as well as experience performing a wide variety of general diagnostic exams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of patient-focused care delivery
