The Echocardiographer conducts diagnostic echocardiography for evaluation and treatment alongside cardiologists, administers contrast media, and shares ultrasound responsibilities with other ultrasonographers. The role requires ensuring the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of patients and handling emergencies professionally. Access to confidential patient health information (PHI) is necessary, demanding ethical behavior and respect for privacy.
- 40 hours per week - First Shift
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or CCI in Cardiovascular Anatomy
- Completion of ultrasound training at an approved school
- BLS/CPR certification required
