Minimum Qualifications
· One-year program offered at the Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics.
·Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing the diagnostic equipment before appointments
- Discussing the procedure and medical history with patients
- Positioning the patient to produce the highest-quality images
- Creating images of organs and tissues for diagnostic and assessment purposes using an ultrasound transducer
- Ensuring the generated images are clear and capture the necessary information
- Identifying potential abnormalities detected with the images
- Providing a summary of the findings and documenting it in patient records
- Communicating with physicians and other medical team members, who use the images to make a diagnosis.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $43.70 - $46.86 per hour
