🚨 Job Opportunity: Manager of Diagnostic Imaging | Austin, TX 🚨
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to oversee day-to-day operations in a high-performing department.
🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Days (No weekends)
💵 Compensation: Up to $130K, based on experience
📋 Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical, technical, and operational functions within the Imaging department.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards for all patient age groups.
- Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
- Assist in formulating the department's budget and ensure adherence to policies and protocols.
- Maintain effective department operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technologist, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
- Certification in ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
