Job Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Ultrasound Sonographer to provide ultrasound services across various healthcare facilities. This direct hire position is essential for delivering high-quality patient care, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional interactions with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and unload portable sonographic equipment into healthcare facilities to perform exams as ordered by physicians.
- Perform and process ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment and transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, following established protocols.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with peers, management, dispatch departments, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule And Shift Details
- Monday to Friday, day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Regular Driver’s License (DL).
- At least one of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- At least one of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- CCI Vascular Ultrasound
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination is required.
