Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing ultrasounds using mobile equipment at patients' locations. It is ideal for sonographers experienced in fertility and/or pelvic ultrasound techniques, with excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform sonographic examinations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Travel to patient locations, adhering to scheduled appointment times.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging results.
- Educate patients about the ultrasound process, ensuring they understand the procedure and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Certification in Sonography or Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited program.
- Experience in fertility or Ob/Gyn sonography is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and technology.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and safety.
