The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for the operation of ultrasound equipment and the performance of sonograms under the direct supervision of the Special Imaging Manager and Radiologist. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. #UST
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA approved school.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal ultrasound program or the equivalent in time and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in general Radiology required.
- Registry by the ARDMS preferred.
